On April 15–16, 2025, Javid Mustafayev, Executive Director of InvestBaku, took part in the Eastern Partnership Business Forum held at PGE Narodowy Stadium in Warsaw, Poland.

The forum brought together senior representatives from the European Union, Eastern Partnership countries, and key stakeholders from government and industry to discuss evolving economic relations, common strategic interests, and future cooperation prospects. The event was hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland and organized under the framework of the #PolishPresidency of the EU Council.

Distinguished speakers at the opening session included Marks Prawda, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland; Michał Baranowski, Deputy Minister representing the European Commission in Poland; Katarzyna Smyk, Chairman of the Ministry of Development and Technology; Paweł Kowal, Chairman of the Council for Cooperation with Ukraine under the Prime Minister's Office; Andrzej Dycha, President of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH); and Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Poland, H.E. Nargiz Gurbanova.

In his remarks, the PAIH President underlined Poland’s active role in supporting the Eastern Partnership and emphasized the need to advance towards European standards. He noted that strengthening economic relations is not only a business imperative but also a strategic tool to ensure regional stability in the face of global economic and geopolitical challenges.

The Eastern Partnership, initiated by Poland over fifteen years ago, continues to serve as a vital platform for Europe's economic and political integration. The 2025 Business Forum placed special focus on topics such as free trade zone development, digital and green transformation, and regional economic resilience.
